Foodie alert! The Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is just a hop away for late-night snacks, and the Lemon Tree Mediterranean Grill serves up delicious Mediterranean dishes. Plus, waking up on my lake view balcony was pure bliss, and that comfy bed? A dream come true!
I’m all about the vibe and would stay again with fingers crossed for future improvements!

The peaceful moments spent on the balcony watching the birds were truly a highlight of my stay.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud and disturbed my sleep at night as it frequently turned on and off.

Duuuude, our room was, like, super spacious with a cozy sitting area and this rad balcony overlooking the lake! We Netflix'd it up after a long day. The bed was sooo comfy, just what we needed. A little creaky here and there, but that view? Totally worth it!

no elevator makes carrying luggage tricky. 🧳

It was a fine choice for a holiday in Chesterton with fantastic value. Relaxing on the balcony listening to the birds was my favorite part. Grab some snacks from the nearby CVS before settling in.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17great locationcomfy bedeasy check-inmaintenance issues
The location is fantastic, right by a pond that’s great for birdwatching. Each room features a small balcony with a lovely view. I enjoyed the comfy bed and the easy check-in process. While I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the ability to sit outside, I ran into a couple of issues. The air conditioning unit had a limited temperature control, making it quite warm during the day. Also, the room felt a bit dated, and I noticed some maintenance issues like a damaged door that was hard to operate. Overall, a decent stay but needs some updates.

The lake view from our room was fantastic, and the spacious layout made it great for our family, especially with a small baby. We loved watching the birds from our balcony each morning. It was clean and comfortable for our stay.
My wife says that a play area for kids would be ideal.

Solo traveler with some decent perks
The room was large and comfy, the perfect space after a long day. I spent time on the balcony watching the birds which was a nice way to unwind.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but acceptable for a night's sleep.

Had a lovely three-night stay in a spacious king room with a great view of the lake. I really enjoyed the comfortable seating by the fireplace and the peaceful moments on the balcony, soaking in nature. The only hiccup was the door to my room which was a bit tough to handle, but it didn't really ruin my time. 😊

The King Room with Lake View was spacious and had a comfy bed. I loved the private deck where I enjoyed morning coffee with a gorgeous lake view. The room felt freshly renovated, and the bathroom had nice touches like makeup remover wipes. It was great to have blackout curtains that actually blocked out the sun. Just a little noisy at night from the trains nearby, but overall a really pleasant stay.
